Where personal data must be transferred to a service provider operating outside the Philippines — for example, where a game software provider or analytics tool has servers in another jurisdiction — sagisag ensures that such transfers are conducted under contractual arrangements that provide data protection standards equivalent to those required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Withdrawal of consent to marketing communications does not affect your ability to use the sagisag platform and will not result in your account being closed. Transactional communications — such as deposit confirmation, withdrawal notification, and account security alerts — are not marketing communications and will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
sagisag's gaming services are strictly for persons who are at least 21 years of age — this threshold applies under PAGCOR regulations to online casino and sports betting platforms. sagisag does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 21 years of age.
Where sagisag discovers or is informed that a person under 21 years of age has registered an account, we will immediately close that account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by law (retaining only what is required for regulatory reporting purposes), and return any funds deposited to the originating payment method where technically possible.
