In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sagisag" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services operated at sagisag.club under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on sagisag.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's sagisag account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory authority that oversees sagisag's gaming license.
• "Services" includes live casino, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, lottery, slots, poker, virtual sports, and all other gaming products available on sagisag.

By accessing sagisag, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the sagisag Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and sagisag with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

To register and maintain an active account on sagisag, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold is set by PAGCOR and Philippine law and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling under any Philippine regulatory self-exclusion register, or under any self-exclusion you have voluntarily activated on sagisag.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of sagisag or its affiliated companies and game providers.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a sagisag account, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on sagisag. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where sagisag identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, retain any balance therein pending investigation, and cancel all pending withdrawals and bonuses.

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations, sagisag requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issued PhilSys ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine Passport issued by DFA
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

sagisag may request additional documentation at any time where required by PAGCOR regulations or internal anti-fraud procedures. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sagisag login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify sagisag immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

sagisag shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials. sagisag will never request your password via SMS, live chat, or email. Any such communication purporting to be from sagisag should be treated as a phishing attempt.

sagisag accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction caps.

• Deposits are credited to your sagisag Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP) upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
• sagisag does not charge deposit fees for GCash, Maya, or InstaPay transactions. Bank transfer fees imposed by the issuing bank are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• sagisag reserves the right to reverse deposits suspected of originating from fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment accounts.

Withdrawals from a sagisag account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, consistent with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within normal business operating hours and typically credited within minutes to a few hours of approval.
• sagisag reserves the right to impose a withdrawal review period of up to 72 hours for amounts exceeding ₱100,000 or where fraud screening requires additional verification.
• Funds derived from Bonus balances that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

In the event of a dispute regarding a withdrawal, the Player must contact sagisag support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.

sagisag offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which shall prevail over these general Terms where there is any conflict. General bonus conditions include:

• Each promotional offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• sagisag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without notice where required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
• Where sagisag determines that a Player has abused a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of technical errors — sagisag reserves the right to confiscate associated winnings and suspend the Player's account.

All games available on sagisag are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters related to gameplay, while these Terms prevail for all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

• RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, bingo, lottery) use certified Random Number Generators tested by accredited third-party laboratories.
• Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under studio camera oversight. sagisag does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond ensuring the integrity of the stream.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, bets that cannot be determined will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.
• sagisag reserves the right to void bets placed following an evident pricing or technical error. Players who benefit from such errors in bad faith may have associated winnings cancelled.

Sports betting on sagisag covers events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, football, tennis, volleyball, and baseball. The following specific terms apply to sports wagers:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to latency considerations. sagisag reserves the right to reject or void in-play bets where there is evidence that the Player had knowledge of the event outcome at the time of placement.
• In the event an event is cancelled or abandoned before the specified completion threshold, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for the competition state otherwise.
• Where sagisag identifies suspicious betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing or insider knowledge, the relevant bets will be withheld pending investigation in cooperation with applicable sports governing bodies and PAGCOR.
• Maximum payout per settled bet slip is subject to limits specified in the Sports Betting rules section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sagisag and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement:

• Registration using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by sagisag.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, deception, or manipulation against sagisag or its players.

sagisag is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits with customizable reminder intervals.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications remind Players of time spent in active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from sagisag. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the sagisag Platform — including but not limited to the sagisag name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sagisag or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of sagisag.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagisag's liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sagisag shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any decision made by PAGCOR or other regulatory authority that affects the availability or scope of Services on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes sagisag's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.

sagisag processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the sagisag Privacy Policy.

By registering a sagisag account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to sagisag's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering law.

sagisag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments — including changes to account rules, fee structures, or Player rights — will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required to comply with PAGCOR directives or Philippine law.

Your continued use of the sagisag Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The sagisag Platform is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between a Player and sagisag arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or, where PAGCOR jurisdiction does not apply, to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
